Temporary Grounds/Maintenance Worker New Apartment Complex in Alachua is seeking a part-time Maintenance/Grounds person for the next 4 weeks. Candidates should possess basic apartment maintenance experience of at least 1 year and feel comfortable performing Grounds tasks such as trash removal, pressure washing, and janitorial work in common areas. Position will pay 18/hr and the position is anticipated to last 4 weeks. Candidates will need to be capable of lifting/walking/bending with up to 50 pounds repeatedly. Position will work 9:00am – 1:00pm Monday – Friday.
