Maintenance Staff – Seasonal L3 Campus Gainesville, FL Job Details Temporary | Full-time $13 – $18 an hour 2 days ago Qualifications Facilities maintenance experience (1-2 years) Maintenance Mechanical knowledge Facilities maintenance Entry level Full Job Description L3 Campus is looking for a few motivated and hard-working individuals to join our maintenance team and assist with the maintenance and turnover of our properties this summer. We have a few positions available starting in July and some in May/ June. They will participate in a variety of tasks including (but not limited to): apartment repairs, plumbing and electrical repairs, furniture assembly, organization & inventory, garbage removal, painting, cleaning, pressure washing, and other duties as needed to facilitate the turnover and move-in of our apartments The right candidates will:
- Enjoy hard work and being outdoors
- Have the ability to operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Have open availability
- Have basic tools (depending on position)
- Have a positive and professional attitude/appearance
- Pass a background check
- Be a team player and have a strong work ethic Please note these are temporary positions.
