Job Description Job Purpose Entry level construction position includes assisting the Superintendent in the daily administrative procedures and performing light duty laborer tasks during the duration of the job. As a TEAM Member at

Essential Duties Responsibilities Administrative Tasks:

Including, but not limited to,
assisting with timesheets,
completing daily logs,
accident reporting,
recording cost codes for labor being performed,
tracking and checking-off on deliveries,
monitoring and maintain inventory,
issuing PPE equipment,
assist with drafting corrective actions, incident reports, etc.

Light Duty Laborer Tasks:

Including, but not limited to,
issuing tools,
keeping the office trailer clean and organized,
electrical cord tag change,
maintenance,
picking up trash,
cleaning tools,
spraying water on floors during curing, etc.

Safety:

Abide by all safety rules on the jobsite.
Other duties as assigned including participating in required ongoing on-the-job trainings as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Must have the ability to work as a member of a team, be reliable, and be attentive to the work being performed.
Some administrative work experience.
Type 35 WPM Preferred Qualifications HS Diploma
Some construction experience.
Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
Ability to use hand tools.
