JOB DUTIES
Carpentry functions including repairs related to all interior surfaces and basic exterior surfaces. Perform various construction duties in compliance with building codes and drawings/plans.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a high school diploma or GED
Must have a valid driver’s license
Knowledge of the methods, practices and techniques generally used in carpentry, plumbing and general maintenance work.
Knowledge of the materials, tools and equipment used in the construction and maintenance field. Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions related to construction, plumbing, electrical work, and maintenance work.
