un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Property Maintenance Person needed for Part-Time Work (Merritt Island) Treasure Coast Harbour Villas ‹ image 1 of 1 › 250 North Banana River Drive compensation: $19 per hour employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Property Maintenance Our waterfront community is looking for someone to keep our property looking great! Friendly people, lovely location. Our new maintenance person will report to our Property Manager. Their duties will include, but are not limited to: 1) Cleaning of laundry rooms twice a week. Empty trash in laundry rooms, clubhouse, and pool area. 2) Keeping all outside and clubhouse lighting in good working order, to include replacing bulbs or fixtures. 3) Cleaning of bathrooms inside clubhouse, 4) Spot painting inside and outside. 5) Snaking of drains with our snake. 6) Light woodwork, to include repair or replacement of wood at docks, picnic tables, etc. 7) Blow off all stairways to all units. Also blowing off curbs and parking areas. 8) Picking up palm fronds and other debris on premises and disposing of properly in our dump space. 9) Accessing attics when necessary for inspection. 10) Keeping list of maintenance supplies and informing Property Manager when replenishment is needed. 10) Keeping pool area tidy and clean. 11) Keeping tiki hut area tidy and clean. 12) Pressure cleaning 13) Anything else as directed by Property Manager Familiarity with common tools is necessary.
