⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Yard Help Needed (Grant Valkaria) compensation: $25 per hour employment type: job title: Yard Helper Lost my great helper to relocation. So I am looking for a replacement person who is dependable, prompt, reliable, sober, no drugs or alcohol, no police record, able to life 50 pounds, no smoking individual with own transporttion, to help me with my yard when I have need to have things done. Not everything listed here will be done on one visit. Most of the work will be about two to three hours per visit Must carry your own insurance. Must have some experience with gardening and landscaping. I will do a background check. All outside work – not afraid to be on a ladder, digging small holes for replacing sprinklers, pulling weeds, trimming hedges, lifting things in the yard, cleaning down outside building, some small painting outdoors on outside building, trimming hedges and short trees, puttng down sod, as needed, arranging barn contents,, etc. I have all the tools. position. I will call when I need to have work done and will pay for the hours worked. I am looking for a self directed person and not someone I have to follow around and show them what to do. I will tell what is needed to be done and would expect the individual to be able to do the chore in a timely fashion.
