Building Maintenance Assistant Emerald Tower Association Pompano Beach, FL 33062 Job Summary The Building Maintenance position is responsible for ensuring the functionality and safety of facilities through regular maintenance and repair tasks. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage various maintenance duties. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in facilities maintenance. Duties Assist the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor. Repairing and installing drywall and painting. Perform minor repairs. Janitorial work as needed. Skills Proficiency in English for clear communication with staff and residents. Experience in painting techniques and best practices. Knowledge of facilities maintenance procedures and standards. Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with residents and staff.
