Overview:

Community Christian Church is a vibrant, growing church called to impact our world with the love and message of Jesus Christ. We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Team Member who is a committed Christ-follower and may have a desire to make Community Christian Church their home church for worship and service. This role is essential to ensuring our facilities are clean, welcoming, and fully operational. The Facilities Cleaner will work closely with our Facilities Team to clean and maintain the NextGen and Auditorium buildings.

Essential Responsibilities:

Clean restrooms, classrooms, nursery, auditorium, offices, and hallways Maintain and organize storage units and cleaning supplies Secure facilities after events and services Provide facility support during some evenings and weekend services Work collaboratively with volunteers on cleaning and maintenance projects Comply with all safety and health regulations Report issues and assist with troubleshooting Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Facilities Responsibilities by

Area:

General building and grounds cleaning (including trash pickup) Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, stripping, waxing, and buffing) Glass cleaning (windows, mirrors, and doors) Maintain and stock expendable supplies (paper products, soap, etc.) Carpet and tile cleaning (spotting, extraction, grout cleaning) Sidewalk and outdoor area pressure cleaning

Physical and Additional Requirements:

Lift up to 75 lbs; bend, kneel, crawl, and climb ladders/stairs Travel between Main and NextGen buildings as needed Replace lighting (bulbs, ballasts, exit signs, emergency lights) Stack and arrange tables and chairs for classrooms, meetings, and events Perform light painting and general upkeep of outdoor entryways

Education:

High school diploma or GED required
