Job Summary The Landscaper will work with our field team to perform all necessary landscaping, groundskeeping, and maintenance tasks. This includes general landscaping duties, property clean-up, debris removal, planting, lawn care, irrigation checks, hardscape work, and ensuring all clear and cure requirements are met on client properties. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, punctual, have a strong work ethic, and be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Key Responsibilities Perform general landscaping tasks: mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weeding, raking, and mulching. Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and sod installation. Maintain irrigation systems; report any issues or repairs needed.
Perform property clean-up:
remove debris, clear walkways, and dispose of yard waste. Operate landscaping tools and equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge clippers, and power washers safely and responsibly. Follow all clear and cure procedures (ensure all job sites are cleaned and cured properly for safety and compliance). Assist in hardscape installation (pavers, stone, or gravel) as needed. Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments under supervision, following safety guidelines. Maintain a safe work environment by following company safety protocols. Communicate with supervisors and team members to complete tasks efficiently and to customer satisfaction. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Prior landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred (we will train the right candidate). Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on your feet for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks. Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions (heat, rain, humidity). Reliable transportation to the job site. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment (or willingness to learn). Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required.
