Maintenance Worker Position Available In Broward, Florida

Maintenance Worker Int’l Village Lauderhill, FL 33319 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for : Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment. Performing preventative maintenance. Handling basic repairs and maintenance. Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.

Other tasks:

Replacing light bulbs, titling, changing valves, and installing new equipment Building inspections: Confirming safety standards and responding to reports of broken or faulty items. Duties Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Fabricate parts as needed to support repairs and maintenance tasks. Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues. Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed safely and efficiently. Utilize logic controllers for troubleshooting and repairs. Conduct inspections using tools such as an ohmmeter to assess electrical components. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and procedures. Requirements Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably within an industrial setting. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and troubleshooting techniques. tasks as required. Familiarity with logic controllers is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Commitment to safety standards and practices in all maintenance activities.
