The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance, ensuring that all equipment and systems operate efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Assist Building Technicians and Custodians with various tasks Pick up and properly dispose of trash and debris around the site Support planting, removal, and maintenance of landscaping and general grounds Participate in special projects as assigned Operate and handle hand tools, power tools, moving aids, mechanical equipment, and measuring devices Push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver up to 50 pounds independently and up to 150 pounds with assistance Join our team as a Maintenance Person where your skills will be valued, and you will play a crucial role in maintaining our facilities to the highest standards.
