Key Responsibilities:

Daily collection and disposal of litter and debris from all exterior areas such as parking areas, sidewalks, shop bays etc. Daily collection and disposal for all exterior trash receptacles. General upkeep of business grounds in regards to trash and debris.

Qualifications:

Positive attitude and can-do mentality. Hardworking personality, and eagerness to improve. Able to lift up to 50 lbs to a minimum of shoulder height, climb ladders and stairs. Must be able to stoop, kneel, and bend and work on items at floor level. Experience working in an outdoor environment that includes tolerating weather and being on the go for the duration of the shift. Ability to interact efficiently with peers, vendors and management. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Pre-employment background check, and drug-screen required prior to being hired.
