The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance, with the ability to oversee various maintenance tasks and ensure that all building systems are functioning optimally. This role requires mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, security systems, alarms, and general upkeep of manufacturing properties. Duties Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate schedules for repairs and upkeep. Conduct cleaning, grounds upkeep, and painting tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the property. Use an ohmmeter for electrical testing and diagnostics to ensure safety standards are met. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Data entry , work orders processing , vendor management. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Ability to perform painting tasks effectively. Competent in using tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics.
