REQUIRED
. Experience leading a team of at least 3 employees. Experience in maintaining, troubleshooting and/or repairing boilers, chillers, cooling towers, fan coil units, plumbing, pool & spa, etc. License(s) for the following areas – Pool (CPO), plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc. Ability to conduct hands on training and supervise the maintenance team. “Service First” mindset and sets the example of guest service for the team. Demonstrate an attitude of cooperation and helpfulness at all times and have vested interest in the success of the hotel. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist in team lifts as needed.
