Maintenance Assistance 2.8 2.8 out of 5 stars 427 15th Avenue NW, Jasper, FL 32052 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance and possess the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities operate efficiently and safely, contributing to a positive environment for both staff and customers. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance schedules. Interpret schematics and technical drawings to assist in troubleshooting equipment issues. Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential maintenance needs or safety hazards. Operate tools and equipment safely, including welding equipment when necessary. Provide excellent customer service while interacting with staff and visitors during maintenance activities. Supervise maintenance projects as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Operate lawn equipment. Maintain landscaping. Skills Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures. Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals. Experience with logic controllers and troubleshooting electrical systems. Ability to use an ohmmeter for testing electrical connections. Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with staff and clients. Supervisory skills for overseeing maintenance projects or teams when required. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication. Welding skills are a plus but not mandatory.
