The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of facilities and equipment through routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing excellent customer service while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Duties Perform routine maintenance tasks on various systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Conduct repairs on machinery and equipment as needed, ensuring minimal downtime. Interpret schematics and technical drawings to assist in troubleshooting issues. Oversee residential painting projects, ensuring quality standards are met. Lawn and pool maintenance. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents. Lead and supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support in daily operations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Work with logic controllers to troubleshoot and resolve automation issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all maintenance activities. Requirements Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in building maintenance or related fields. Proficiency in reading schematics and technical documentation. Experience in residential painting is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Leadership experience with the capability to supervise a small team of maintenance personnel. Familiarity with CMMS software is advantageous for tracking maintenance tasks. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
