The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the functionality, safety, and aesthetics of our facilities. Day-to-day maintenance of all common area buildings, irrigation, recreation areas, and common grounds. Technician is responsible for performing a variety of skilled and semi-skilled tasks related to the maintenance and repair of the community’s common areas, facilities, and amenities. This position works under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and plays a crucial role in ensuring the overall upkeep and functionality of the community.
