Maintenance Assistant/Janitor Vistas at Bonita Bay Condominium Association, Inc. Bonita Springs, FL 34134 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Janitor/Maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and functionality within our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for both employees and visitors. The Janitor/Maintenance position involves a variety of tasks, including cleaning, minor repairs, and facilities maintenance. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain trash room clean and in a working manner. Maintain BBQ area, garages, and building perimeter in a clean manner. Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards. Assist with residential minor painting projects as needed to maintain aesthetic standards. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests from Resident Manager regarding cleaning or minor maintenance issues. Experience Previous experience in janitorial or maintenance roles is preferred. Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices and procedures is essential. Ability to communicate effectively in English is required for collaboration with team members and reporting issues.
