Work includes guiding the parking of outdoor vehicles such as boats and motor homes into their assigned spots, general maintenance and cleaning of indoor storage units, assisting with tenant needs, and more. Good organizational skills and interpersonal skills are a must. Ability to be self supervised are a must, along with a proactive attitude toward what needs to be done. But outside of that we are a “laid back” atmosphere. Facility has a small staff of only four employees, two for maintenance and two for the office, so we are a small “family”. Hours are set at thirty per week, with weekends a must, consisting of three 10 hours workdays from 8am to 6pm.
