” Rental Aficianado (Cleaning/Laundry/Set Property Up for (Southeast Cape Coral) compensation: 16-25/hr based upon experience +possible comission for onboarding new properties Looking for someone who has availability Monday-Sunday from 9:30am – 4:00pm to clean vacation rentals after checkouts. Current schedule weekly 2-4 checkouts/week, approx. 10-12hrs/week. Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

• sweep/mop entire property
• clean all bathrooms (including shower, toilet, sink, mirror, dust any shelves/railings)
• dust entire home including fans, a/c vents/registers, baseboards, headboards…
• refill paper goods/toiletries/linens
• report ALL noticeable maintenance issues or concerns to mgmt.
