Your daily job:
Perform general maintenance repairs, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Ensure compliance with EPA regulations and maintain necessary certifications. Prepare vacant units for new residents, including cleaning, repairs, and necessary upgrades. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to address maintenance issues promptly. Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to safety standards at all times. Demonstrate attention to detail in all maintenance tasks. Possess reliable transportation for on-site duties. Communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors. Collaborate with the service team to enhance the curb appeal of the community.
Requirements:
HVAC 608
Certification or equivalent. Strong general knowledge of maintenance repairs. EPA certification required. Proficiency in electrical and plumbing repairs. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Effective communication skills. Experience in a multi-family setting preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
