Role Description This is a full-time on-site Facilities and Grounds Technician role at Summit Group in Tallahassee, FL. The Facilities and Grounds Technician will be responsible for daily maintenance and upkeep of properties, ensuring a safe and clean environment. Duties may include landscaping, cleaning, minor repairs, and responding to maintenance requests. Qualifications Experience in property maintenance, ground maintenance and custodial services Ability to perform landscaping, cleaning, and minor repairs Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in real estate or property management is a plus College degree or equivalent
