Maintenance Worker ESTP Lakewood Ranch, FL 34211 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and be proficient in various maintenance tasks, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are operating efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities. Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards. Fabricate parts and components as needed to support maintenance operations. Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems. Operate tools such as ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics. Lead small teams during maintenance projects, providing guidance and support. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory. Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance tasks. Proficiency in welding techniques is a plus. Familiarity with logic controllers and their operation. Ability to read and understand schematics for electrical systems. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage small teams effectively. Experience using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical issues. A proactive attitude towards maintaining equipment and ensuring operational efficiency.
