• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper/Maintenance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining an exceptional curb appeal by keepeing all areas of the property clean and inviting. The primary duties include removing trash and litter, sweeping and pressure washing sidewalks and pathways, basic gardening and weeding, and cleaning windows and common furnishings.

• Duties:

• Work with service team members to ensure exceptional curb appeal at all times.
• Maintain common areas of the property in a clean, neat, appealing condition.
• Restocking of paper products throughout office and common areas as needed.
• Performing “trash out” duties of vacated apartments as needed.
• Report all safety hazards to maintenance supervisor.
• Maintain excellent customer service relationships with residents, co-workers, vendor and the community.
• Distribute resident communtications to doors as needed.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Mantinance Supervisor and/or Property Manager.

• Experience:

• No specific level of education is required.
• Ability to fluently speak, read and write English for safety and productivity reasons.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
