Janitorial/Maintenance Worker Luxury Condo Miami Beach 125 Ocean Drive, Miami Beach, FL 33139

Daily:

Check all major equipment and log readings.

Daily:

Walk all floors including roof and check for problems such as lights out, etc. Troubleshoot and coordinate removal of any large items.

Daily:

Check to see that all common areas are clean and maintained.

Daily:

If you see something that needs to be repaired, you must first report it to the management office. They will then prepare a work order and the manager must approve it before you can proceed. Monitor the functions of Condominium Association service contractors, building repair and maintenance contractors for building related service calls. I Responsible for stocking and keeping organized materials and supplies inventory at all times. All orders will be subject to prior approval by the Property Manager and are to be in compliance with established Purchasing procedures. Using the established guidelines, assist in the preparation and implementation of a preventative maintenance program for the building. Document procedures following established company documents. Execute the maintenance work schedule provided by the Property Manager. Daily work order s will be completed as needed.
