Machine/Building Maintenance Aero Precision Products, Inc 14000 NW 19th Avenue, Opa-locka, FL 33054 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine CNC and Building Maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance. This role is essential for ensuring that our machines and buildings are safe, functional, and well-maintained. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall upkeep of the facility. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform repairs on various systems. techniques and fabrication processes is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in completing tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. English speaking a must, bilingual is a plus.
