employment type: experience level: senior level job title: Maintenance Coordinator Helping coordinate maintenance staff and ensuring materials and parts are sourced and delivered as needed.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and follow up with maintenance workers and contractors.
- Purchase, pick up, and deliver necessary parts and materials.
- Assist with general property maintenance operations.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Knowledge of general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel between properties as needed.
