Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Conduct repairs on various systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing as needed. Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for troubleshooting electrical issues. Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools. Assist in the fabrication of components as required by projects. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff to minimize downtime. Read and interpret schematics for effective troubleshooting and repairs. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems. Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus but not mandatory. Basic customer service skills to interact with staff effectively. Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately.
