Security/Maintenance Somerset City Arts Conservatory 47 NW 16th Street, Homestead, FL 33030 Security/Maintenance Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Security/Maintenance person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues that require attention. Respond to maintenance requests from staff and ensure timely resolution of problems. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Skills Strong conflict management abilities to effectively handle disputes or issues that arise within the facility. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
