44 Hourly Job Category Facilities Description Essential Job functions + Complete maintenance and repair requests daily as requested by staff + Assure through regular inspections that maintenance procedures are consistently meeting health and safety standards + Assure through regular inspections that the facilities are operationally and structurally sound + Participate as requested on the environment of care, osha committees + Maintain facility grounds per regular schedule to assure an attractive and welcoming appearance + Assist with running and maintaining computer cables, phone wires, and electrical connections + Manage 3 direct staff; transportation duties and 4 sites (KL, KW, Marathon and Heron)

Education:

Experience:
at least three years in maintenance, construction, or other related field + CPR Certification, First Aid Certification and an annual Tuberculosis test. + Ability to provide an Affidavit of Good Moral Character + Ability to meet GCC insurance requirements for driving an agency vehicle + Clearance in Pre-Employment Drug Testing and Criminal Records Checks, as required.
