On-Site Maintenance Person Management Office Long Key, FL 33001

Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining Pool Decks, sweeping & pressure cleaning, straightening furniture
• Cleaning Pool Restrooms
• Trash Pickup and Removal
• Use of Pressure Cleaner
• Use of small tools for small projects
• Light Janitorial/Maintenance of lobbies of buildings including elevator cleaning
• Beach cleaning
• Light maintenance, including painting, using of small hand tools
• Light landscaping, including trimming or removal of fallen frons
• Must pass a background check and have transportation
