⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Household Work and Property Maint. (housing optional) (Orlando)  compensation: Hourly rate based on skills/workload Seeking a reliable worker to assist with a wide range of tasks:

• Moderate home repairs and maintenance
• Yard work, landscaping, and outdoor cleaning
• Indoor cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Light cooking and meal prep
• Sorting and clearing out belongings (donation, trash, etc.

) I’m a disabled man who still works and lives independently. I rarely need personal help, but I do fall behind at times when I push myself too far. I prefer to hire a male — not a requirement, just being straightforward. I was raised Southern and don’t want to feel like I need to filter how I talk or act in my own space.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday only. Minimum of 4 hours per day. No set maximum — if you’re capable and willing, there’s plenty to do.

Pay:

Hourly cash pay, based on skills and workload (I may be able to divide work among multiple people). Paid weekly.

Requirements:

• Physically capable and in good health
• No smoking or vaping, even outside of work hours
• No allergies to dogs or issues with water or pools
• Reliable, organized, and focused
• Must be upfront about any background history (flexible)

Housing Option:

A studio unit in a nearby multi-unit rental property may be available after proving reliability.
