This role supports the maintenance team in ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment for guests. Some tasks may require working while in the water, so comfort with swimming is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with routine waterslide maintenance, including waxing and fiberglass repairs. Support general facility maintenance, such as pool equipment, plumbing, and basic electrical work. Perform maintenance tasks in the water, including underwater cleaning and minor repairs. Follow instructions from senior maintenance staff and complete assigned tasks efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety guidelines. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Perform physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, and working at heights as needed.

Requirements:

Reliable and able to show up on time, ready to work. Coachable with a willingness to follow instructions and learn on the job. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Experience with fiberglass work, waxing, or similar trades is preferred. Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and in the water as needed. Ability to swim and perform maintenance tasks while in the water. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform hands-on tasks. Basic knowledge of tools and repair techniques is a plus.
