You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional. Schedule will be flexible and willing to accommodate to rotating schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will have entry level experience in technical knowledge. Responsibilities Perform minor fixes such as repairing, painting, etc. Install appliances and equipment. Do parking lot, yard, upkeep pool area and collecting trash. Bilingual Spanish/English a plus. Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, a/c filters, carpet cleaning, etc. Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations. Report to maintenance manager for issues. Skills Proven experience in maintenance or other similar position Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems Experience using hand and electrical tools Good communication and interpersonal skills Physical stamina and dexterity High school diploma or equivalent
