⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Seek weekly skilled helper for property maintenance, cleaning, chores (College Park/Orlando) E. Colonial Drive near College Park compensation: $16 to $20 per hour. We are hiring a part-time home handyman to come each and every week to do whatever needs doing inside or outside to keep residential property looking great and operating at top efficiency. Seeking handy person who does not procrastinate. Someone who works efficiently and knows they are appreciated for not wasting time. Person must be observant and get right on to cleaning or fixing something as soon as they notice it needing attention, repair or cleaning. Job is to improve anything you work on. You should have good background and verifiable references. May include landscaping, swimming pool care, detailed home cleaning from baseboards to furniture to floors and ceiling fans, to cleaning and disinfection of appliances. Job requires very good handyman skills to help with most any home repairs, upkeep and maintenance / cleaning and able to do general labor.
