- Knowledge of landscape maintenance work and ability to operate multiple types of ground maintenance equipment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or greater
- Ability to work with others on a crew and follow directions
- Strong Work Ethic
- Ability to follow through with directions
- Have transportation To/From office location
- Ability to arrive on time daily
- Work Monday-Thursday we work 4 days per week 10 hour days.
