Groundskeeper Overview We are seeking a Groundskeeper for our Maintenance department. This positionresponsible for overseeing and performing repairs and general maintenance within the clubhouse, including equipment, furniture, masonry, and building structure. Proactively address maintenance issues to ensure the facility remains safe, functional, and in excellent condition.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Maintains and make general repairs to light fixtures, minor plumbing repairs, wood working, and painting to the building. Conducts routine walk through for cleanliness of the outside grounds around the club. Performs various duties involve painting, plumbing, carpentry and electrical work. Pressure washing multiple walkways, dining area, and fountains around the club. Keeps drainage areas around the building clear from debris. Completes work orders on daily basis assigned by manager. Maintains inventory of cleaning, maintenance repairs and related supplies. All other duties as assigned by the Director of Facilities. Reasoning Abilities Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The position involves both indoor and outdoor work environments, including exposure to cold and wet conditions. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
