Palm Beach, FL Overview We are seeking a skilled maintenance worker to join our team to assist with upkeep of luxury properties in Palm Beach. The ideal candidate will have experience in various maintenance/ light construction tasks and possess a strong work ethic. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of tasks involving manual labor and property assessment
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of worksites
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform duties
- Maintain a safe work environment Qualifications
- Must have clean driving record
- Proven experience in maintenance positions or related construction fields
- Ability to use tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Knowledge of basic construction is preferred
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
