Role:

Join our team as a Building Maintenance Technician; training will be in Boca Raton, FL, and will have responsibilities in multiple locations. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on structures, facilities, equipment, and other properties across our campus.

Your duties will include:

Conducting routine electrical, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, and other maintenance tasks. Responding to repair requests using the Work Order system. Performing general maintenance and minor repairs to restrooms, drinking fountains, and plumbing fixtures. Handling minor electrical repairs, replacements, and installations. Completing special projects such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and office remodeling. Conducting preventative maintenance inspections of buildings.

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent. Four years of experience in building maintenance or commercial/industrial construction. Excellent customer service, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a diverse environment. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and initiative. Strong prioritization skills. Proven track record of dependability, working on your own and commitment. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
