Maintenance Assistant Luxe at Jupiter Rehabilitation Center 674 Pioneer Road, Jupiter, FL 33458 Maintenance Assistant We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Maintenance Assistant to join our team. The Maintenance Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by assisting with various maintenance tasks and supporting the overall upkeep of our premises. The Maintenance Worker will perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems.
Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities:
Ensure that maintenance schedules are followed as outlined for respective shift or area. Coordinate daily maintenance services with nursing services when performing routine assignments in resident living areas. Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs. Plans repair work using building’s blueprints or equipment manual as needed. Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures.
Maintenance Assistant Qualifications:
