Description:

We are looking for a full time general laborer. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance and the ability to perform light data entry our maintenance work order system (FMX). Must have a valid FL drivers license, good driving history, great personality, strong work ethic and dependability. Essential Functions Assist with all aspects of property maintenance, including but not limited to drywall, plumbing, tile, electrical, and air conditioning Assist with trash pickup daily Clean all apartments in a timely manner as they become vacant, including, but not limited to the following: Removing all debris Washing walls prior to painting Cleaning all appliances moving them all out from the wall, cleaning behind them and waxing the floors beneath Moving furniture to the center of the room and cleaning behind, then arranging furniture when carpet and floor cleaning is complete Advising supervisor if furniture needs to be replaced Advising Maintenance Supervisor when cleaning is complete Advising Maintenance Supervisor when any repairs need to be performed Assist clients with move-ins Stock apartments as needed Prepare inventory sheet Take tenant through apartment, showing him/her how to clean the oven, use the garbage disposal, where the trash dumpsters are located, and how to use recycle containers Replace air conditioner filters in all units bi-monthly Change sensor bulbs on all buildings, 1st and 2nd floors, as needed or advised by work order Maintain the storage inventory in a clean and orderly condition Perform other duties as assigned by the

Maintenance Supervisor or Facilities Manager Requirements:
