P/T Maintenance Campbell Property Management – 3.6 Lake Worth, FL Job Details Part-time Up to $20 an hour 14 hours ago Qualifications Entry level Under 1 year Full Job Description Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to: Oversee and ensure preventative maintenance programs (daily, weekly, monthly). Daily upkeep of the common grounds and appearance of the property. Address work orders assigned in a timely fashion. Projects may include painting, light electrical, light plumbing, power washing, drywall, setups/breakdowns of rooms, light janitorial and Hurricane preparedness of clubhouse and pool deck. Works with Property Manager to determine supply and equipment needs. Available as needed to pick up supplies and inventory items from approved vendors. Responsible for overall organization and cleanliness of work areas. Part-Time 20 hours a week 8am – 12pm must be able to work either
