Janitor/Groundskeeper Schedule:

6 days a week. M-F 7:30-4:00pm and Sunday a 4 hour shift in the am.

Position overview:

The Janitor is responsible for the general upkeep of all common property and facilities of the Association as they relate to the grounds, building, equipment, and recreational facilities. Will also perform general Housekeeping duties. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Sweep and mop floors Clean building by emptying trash, sweeping and cleaning surfaces Dust furniture and surfaces Identify and report possible repairs Other housekeeping duties as assigned

Qualifications:
