RECREATIONAL AIDE
Broken Sound Club, Inc. has 13 temporary full-time Recreational Aide openings in Boca Raton, FL from 10/1/25-5/31/26. Worker may be required to perform any of the following duties: monitor activities at golf course and tennis complex; may provide administrative assistance to membership, including checking membership cards, confirming reservations, arranging merchandise and providing facility info; transport members’ golf equipment to and from the clubhouse facilities. 40 hrs./wk.; O/T as needed; variable 8-hour shifts over 7 days a week between 6 AM to 11 PM; $16.60/hr.; O/T at $24.90/hr. A single workweek is used to compute wages due. Any deductions required by law made from biweekly paycheck.
Optional deductions include:
optional housing fee of $170.00/week for rent; $10.00/weekrefundable security deposit for optional housing. Raises/bonuses may be offered to any worker based on performance, skill, tenure. Req. no minimum education; no experience. Ability to communicate in English. Workers will be provided with on-the-job training to perform the duties assigned. Workers will be provided with daily transportation to and from the worksite in compliance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations. Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. If the worker completes 50% of the employment contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence rates are $16.28/day without receipts or up to $68/day. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Employer will arrange the workers transportation and subsistence directly in advance at a minimum, the most economical and reasonable common carrier cost of the transportation and subsistence to the worker before the worker’s start date of employment. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
