JOB SUMMARY
Assist and maintain smooth and effective daily operations of the Amenity and Recreational Facilities. Assist and orient residents in using the amenity facilities. Assist Clubhouse Management as needed. Enforce the rules and regulations of the amenity facilities.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED Equivalent. Previous maintenance experience required and computer skills necessary. Successfully pass pre-employment screenings and background/reference checks. Ability to work on weekends. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to coordinate/manage multiple projects at the same time. Ability to interact and communicate effectively with colleagues, vendors and customers/clients of all professional levels. Demonstrate leadership in maintaining high standards of professional behavior for self and staff. Demonstrate organization, attention to detail, problem solving, creative, and independent thinking. Demonstrate a commitment to the organizations philosophy of high quality, professionalism and organizational culture.
KNOWLEDGE & CRITICAL SKILLS
Must have a working knowledge of applicable company policies, procedures, state licensing standards, and must be familiar with accreditation expectations, including, but not limited to: Knowledge of routine general maintenance is required. Knowledge and application of computer, Microsoft office is required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet and greet new and existing homeowners. Assist new home owners with tours and appropriate “Welcome Home” paperwork Participate and assist with the operations, special events and activities of Amenity and Recreational amenities. Provide administrative services including, but limited to, updating resident’s information, key cards, etc. Perform other routine office procedures to include: telephone management, sort/distribute incoming and outgoing mail, copy documents, inventory control of supplies for office equipment, maintenance, cleaning, etc. Provide administrative support to community intranet. Assist with maintenance of operations and procedures guidelines, task schedules and productivity logs. Assist management and team as required. Assist in resident relations and customer service. Responsible for opening and closing responsibilities at the Amenity Facilities. Complete routine walks throughout the buildings and outside amenities. Maintain a spotless appearance of the amenities at all times. Assist with event preparation and clean-up. Take all event reservations, collect monies, and sell tickets for clubhouse events. Empty all interior trash receptacles in the evening. Secure the buildings. Update bulletin boards. Non-essential duties include other job related duties as assigned.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Variable combination of outdoor and indoor environments while performing maintenance duties. Must be able to perform repetitive body mechanics, including but not limited to climbing a ladder, standing, stretching, twisting, bending, crouching and kneeling. Prolonged standing and sitting. Repetitive stretching, twisting, bending, and lifting. Must be able to adjust to differing weather conditions as some of the amenities and events will be outdoors.
