The role involves assisting with various maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our apartment communities.
Responsibilities:
Maintenance Assistance:
Assist the maintenance team with repairs and preventive maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
Work Order Completion:
Assist in completing work orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring resident satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
Unit Preparation:
Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
Safety Inspections:
Participate in regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and code violations.
Inventory Management:
Assist in maintaining inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment, notifying management when supplies need to be replenished.
Emergency Response:
Be available to respond to maintenance emergencies outside of regular working hours as needed.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and fair housing laws in all maintenance activities.
Communication:

Requirements:
