As a Maintenance Helper, you will play a crucial role in supporting our maintenance efforts and ensuring the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art facilities. Working during the first shift, you will assist our experienced maintenance technicians with a variety of tasks, including:

Key Responsibilities:

Performing routine maintenance and inspections on equipment, machinery, and electrical systems Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, and assisting with repairs as needed Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Maintaining accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities Collaborating with the maintenance team to identify and implement process improvements Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or manufacturing environment Proficiency in maintenance, electrical, and blueprint reading skills Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work flexible schedules, including first shift hours

Working Conditions:

This position is based in a light industrial setting, with a mix of indoor and outdoor work environments. The Maintenance Helper may be required to lift and move equipment, work at heights, and be exposed to noise, dust, and other environmental factors. #INDSW
