Property Maintenance Campus Run 911 E Klosterman Rd, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities and equipment are maintained in optimal working condition. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs. Perform preventive maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment, including electrical systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise. Fabricate parts and components as necessary to ensure efficient operation of equipment. Utilize schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot effectively. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff. Supervise maintenance projects and coordinate with external contractors when needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with electrical systems, including the use of an ohmmeter for testing. Ability to read and interpret schematics for various systems. Experience in welding and fabrication is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Prior experience supervising maintenance personnel or projects is advantageous. Candidates should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work flexible hours as required.
