Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties, including plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC. Conduct residential painting projects to enhance the aesthetic appeal of facilities. Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair various equipment and systems. Work with logic controllers for automated systems, ensuring optimal functionality. Execute welding tasks as needed for repairs or installations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally. Use an ohmmeter and other tools to diagnose electrical issues accurately. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing all maintenance tasks. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in electrical systems, plumbing, and general repairs. Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in building management is a plus. Experience in supervising maintenance staff or projects is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with tenants and team members. Proficiency in using tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics is desirable. A background in residential painting is beneficial but not mandatory.
