Lido Beach is currently recruiting for an entry-level Attendant; whether you’re setting up for events, cleaning up the landscape, or helping to keep Lido one of the best beaches in Florida – step outside and join our high-performing team. This position starts out paying $16.87/hr, with a 2nd shift differential of $0.50/hr, plenty of room for both growth and development, and benefits starting within 60 days of hire. Apply today and see your direct impact on the Sarasota County community! About the Position In this role you will… Clean and help maintain the beach, landscape, park, restrooms, and facilities. Remove refuse and paper from grounds and buildings. Work on maintenance projects, set up and dismantle tables, chairs, and decorations associated with special functions and room/facility utilization. Operate heavy equipment, light automotive equipment, UTV’s, light landscape equipment, and hand tools. Keep operating records, and complete material requests, service requests, and work orders. Keep a schedule of maintenance for assigned area(s). Perform daily safety checks and repairs.
Work Hours:
Full-Time, 40 hours per week Saturday – Sunday, 12:00 p.m. – 08:30 p.m.
About You Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or its equivalent. Experience with small tools and light weight maintenance equipment. Valid Florida Driver’s License at time of hire.

This position is subject to passing a pre-employment substance screening. An applicant who fails to pass a required drug screening test shall be disqualified from employment for a period of five (5) years.
About Everything Else Pay:
